Protecting the most vulnerable members of our population: having good conversations (2 min 44 sec)

30 May 2020

This excerpt is from a talk by Dr Hanna Sandelowsky, part of the IPCRG's COVID-19 and respiratory primary care webinar series in May and June 2020. The talk focused on the learning that Hanna and her Swedish colleagues have gained while trying to protect the most vulnerable members of their populations. In it she describes her experience from the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to the end of May, how she's learning to work remotely from patients and still conduct person-centred conversations and consultations. This short excerpt focuses on what to say and what not to say.

We are grateful to Hanna for sharing her experience with primary care colleagues as part of our programme to assist IPCRG colleagues and peers to develop their own new ways of working.
