COPD Correct Diagnosis and Treatment

Study based on the review of primary care medical records from several health centers in the Vigo Health Area of patients coded as COPD. This is a 56-week study, in which after assessing the appropriate condition of the COPD patient, they are appropriately classified according to the latest GesEPOC guidelines based on their level of risk and phenotype, proposing a pharmaceutical and educational intervention, whose primary objective will be to assess the reduction in exacerbations, initially at 1 year, and as intermediate or secondary objectives, to assess the clinical control of COPD, improve therapeutic adherence and pharmacological efficiency.
