Photo challenge: celebrating 25 years of IPCRG in pictures

2026 marks the 25th anniversary of IPCRG's founding, and as part of our celebrations we invite all members from the IPCRG community to share photographs that reflect who we are, what we do and the key moments that have shaped IPCRG over the past 25 years. 25 photos will be selected through an open online vote and showcased at at our World Conference in Tunis in June.

What kind of photos we are looking for?

Photos should relate to IPCRG activities or values and can include conferences, meetings, teaching and research activities, community engagement, collaborations, or informal moments that tell our story through images and capture the spirit of the 13th IPCRG World Conference in Tunis

Eligibility criteria

  • Photos must be owned by the person submitting them or submitted with permission from the photographer.
  • People shown in the photos must have given consent for the image to be shared publicly, particularly if they are identifiable.
  • Images should be respectful and aligned with IPCRG values.
  • Photos should be in focus and suitable for digital and print use.
  • Please submit your original photo (JPG or PNG) at the highest possible quality. If the file size is less than 1 MB, it's likely too low quality.
  • Avoid sending Facebook or WhatsApp copies.
  • Scanned photos are accepted, provided they are clear and legible.

Photos will be excluded if they:

  • Include commercial brands or logos that occupy more than one third of the image or constitute the primary visual focus.
  • Are out of focus or of poor resolution.
  • Depict inappropriate, unsafe, or unethical behaviour.
  • Feature only a single person.
  • Are heavily digitally manipulated or AI-generated.
  • Do not align with the objectives of the IPCRG 25-year photo challenge.

How to submit

Each participant may submit up to three photos via email (educationcoordinator [at] ipcrg [dot] org (subject: IPCRG%2025th%20anniverary%20photo%20challenge) ) or through this link. Submissions should include a short caption explaining where and when the photo was taken and why it represents IPCRG. By submitting, participants agree that IPCRG may use the photos.

Timeline

Photo submission closes: end of day 31 March 2026

Eligibility check: early April 2026

Online voting: April–May 2025

Announcement and showcase of the selected photos: June, during Tunis 2026

Selection and voting

The final selection of 25 photos will be made through an open online vote by the IPCRG community. IPCRG reserves the right to ensure diversity across regions, activities, and years represented.

What happens to the selected photos?

The selected photos will be featured across IPCRG anniversary communications, including the website, social media, presentations, and selected print materials. Contributors will be acknowledged wherever possible.
