Permission to use the RRT should be obtained from Personia health enquire [at] personiahealth [dot] com (the owner of the questionnaire). The tool will be provided free for unfunded academic research and patient care initiatives independent of pharmaceutical company involvement.
Funded studies and any use supported by or associated with pharmaceutical companies is subject to license fees and will require a license obtained from Personia health.
