11th IPCRG World Conference: Register Now

24 Mar 2022

REGISTER BEFORE 31 March for the 11th IPCRG World Conference 5-7 May 2022: Reunite, Evaluate, Advance to qualify for discounted fees

For the first time in IPCRG history, the 11th IPCRG World Conference is taking place in person, in Malaga, from the 5-7 May 2022 as well as online. We are bringing the primary care respiratory community together for a comprehensive update on best practice in family medicine respiratory care. We recognise that this has been a phenomenally challenging time for patients and also for primary health care team members, and the 11th IPCRG World Conference gives us all an opportunity to reunite, evaluate and further advance respiratory care.

Our programme has been designed by those, like you, working in primary care who are passionate about improving the care of people with respiratory conditions & offers something for all team members. We are thrilled to bring so many global primary care respiratory experts together in one place. We have sessions on the respiratory conditions you see regularly – asthma, COPD, difficulties in diagnosing, tobacco dependence, updates on COVID-19, respiratory infections, TB, vaccination, screening, case finding, chronic cough, ILD, spirometry, the nose, to name a few!  Much of our programme is in Spanish & English, so please tell your colleagues to take a look too, and view the conference programme here.

Early Bird Delegate Fees: You can register for the conference at the discounted early bird delegate fee rate before 31 March, so book your study leave and plan to join us in Malaga in May. You won’t be disappointed … Malaga is a beautiful place, situated on the southern tip of Spain in Andalusia; it enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year and is famously the birthplace of Picasso. Malaga is most definitely worth a visit and offers an impressive number of museums and monuments, including the 11th-century Alcazaba fort and Museu Picasso Malaga, providing plenty of opportunities for the time you are not at the conference.

Delegate registration (in-person & online/virtual) can be done here. Register before 31 March to qualify for discounted fees!

Attending the conference in person will enable attendees to network and reconnect with colleagues, something difficult to do virtually, and continue to advance thinking about improving respiratory care. We have all missed the invaluable networking that an in-person conference offers.   We are particularly proud that the programme will be in Spanish and English, which will facilitate networking.  For those attending in person, the IPCRG conference team will ensure that the IPCRG 11th World Conference meets all COVID-19 secure measures and is safe for everyone.  For all COVID-19 current guidance on travel to Spain please check the Spanish Government Ministry for Health Travel and COVID-19 information.

Vaccination: We request that all in person participants are double vaccinated, in line with other respiratory conferences. If this is difficult, please join as an online delegate.
