50% discount for IPCRG authors

If you do not qualify for a waiver, “IPCRG authors” may be eligible for a 50% discount on all article types.  We define this as follows: The discount may be available to any corresponding author who, in the last three years, has presented an abstract or poster at an IPCRG conference or at a scientific meeting of an IPCRG member organisation.*   It is not available for manuscripts funded by the pharmaceutical industry. The discount may also be available if IPCRG has supported (support might include inspiration, advice, mentoring or review, not just funding) a research or education programme submitted for publication and IPCRG is acknowledged as follows "The International Primary Care Respiratory Group (IPCRG) has facilitated the publication of this paper."

* confirmed to IPCRG by the Senate representative from that member country.

Other discount requests

Requests from other authors for APC discounts will be considered by the journal on a case-by-case basis, and may be granted in cases of financial need.  All applications for discretionary APC discounts should be made prior to or at the point of manuscript submission; requests made during the review process or after acceptance will not be considered.
